    1. Where is my package?
    Our packages have a processing time of 1 - 2 business days and an average delivery time of 5 - 7 business days. This is because we are a company that cares about the world and nature, so we don't want to send out only a few orders every day. We collect packages in bulk, and once we reach our minimum threshold, we send them all out at once. We hope you understand this and want to help us create a better and healthier world.

    2. It has been 9 business days, and I still haven't received my package?
    We're sorry this has happened... Have you checked the Track & Trace? Sometimes packages get stuck at customs. Please wait an additional 7 days. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we see that in 95% of these cases, the package still gets delivered. Is your package still not here? Please contact us, and we'll find a solution together.

    3. Where can I find my track & trace code?
    Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. It takes about 3 - 5 processing days before you receive a Track & Trace. Also, check your spam, sometimes our emails end up there.

    Please note that it may take several business days for your Track & Trace to become active.

    4. How can I track my order?
    You can track your order with your Track & Trace number that you received via email. Enter the Track & Trace on our Track & Trace page to see the status of your delivery. You can do this on this page.

    5. I am not satisfied with my package.
    Please contact us with an explanation + photos/videos of the problem, and we will help you as soon as we can.
