    Please note: Due to the nature of our products and to ensure hygiene, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned if the packaging seal is broken, in accordance with art. 6:230p BW.

    Underwear and swimwear are personal hygiene products that come into direct contact with the body. We understand that it is essential for our customers to know that the underwear is new, unused, and hygienic. Therefore, all our underwear is carefully packaged and sealed.

    What does the customer need to do for a refund?

    To return your item, you must first inform us of your decision by sending an email to info@lunascycle.co.uk. After that, we may ask you to send the item to our return center at your own expense:

    Who bears the costs?

    The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

    What happens if I receive a clearly defective item?

    If you receive a defective item, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

    When can the customer expect a refund?

    A refund will be made within 1 day of the return shipment's arrival in the form of a refund to the originally chosen payment method.

    Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled before delivery.

    Consequences of withdrawal

    If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the period of 30 days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only need to pay for any diminished value of the goods if the diminished value is due to an examination of the quality.
