Exchanges & Returns

All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Every customer has the right to return an item to our return address within 30 days.

Please note: due to the nature of our products and to ensure hygiene, underwear, bras, and swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been broken, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Underwear, bras, and swimwear are personal hygiene products that come into direct contact with intimate areas of the body. We understand how important it is for our customers to know that these products are new, unused, and hygienic. That’s why all our items are carefully packaged and sealed.

Fit Guarantee – First purchase, worry-free
With your first order, you can exchange underwear or bras once for a different size, even if the packaging has already been opened. This guarantee applies only to items from your first purchase and does not entitle you to a refund. You only pay the shipping costs for the replacement size. Read more here: Fit Guarantee.

What does the customer need to do to request a refund?

To return an item, you must first inform us of your decision by sending an email to info@lunasperiod.co.uk. After that, we may ask you to return the item at your own expense to our return centre.

Please note: Do not return items without contacting us first. We will then provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without prior contact may be refused, as they cannot be processed correctly at our return centre.

Please note: If your parcel cannot be delivered, the courier may attempt delivery again or take it to a collection point. If you do not collect the parcel, if delivery is unsuccessful, or if you refuse the parcel at the door, we will unfortunately have to charge the return shipping costs. Once the parcel has been returned to us, your order will be cancelled.

Who covers the costs?

The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

What happens if I receive a clearly defective item?

If you receive a defective item, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

When can the customer expect a refund?

A refund will be processed within 7 days after the return shipment has arrived, via the original payment method used.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled before delivery.

I placed multiple orders. Can I return them in one parcel?

If you have placed multiple orders that were delivered in separate parcels, unfortunately these cannot be returned together in one package. Our warehouse processes a large number of orders daily, and to handle returns correctly, each return must be sent separately.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

The withdrawal period is met if you send the goods back before the 30-day period has expired. The day your order is delivered counts as day 1. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this reduction in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
