HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery time consists of two periods:
1) Processing Time (1-3 business days):
Order confirmation, customisation, quality control, packaging
2) Shipping Time (approximately 7-10 business days depending on the country):
The duration from our international shipping center to the point of delivery. Once the item is picked up from the warehouse, it takes:
7-10 business days* to be delivered to the destination in the UK.
*All delivery times are exclusive of delays due to customs and import duties. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, Valentine's Day.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer the following shipping rates:
1.) Free Royal Mail/DHL standard shipping (with tracking)
2.) Insured DHL Premium shipping for €2.95
