Shipping and Delivery
At Lunã, we strive to offer you the best possible shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers around the world every day and aim to provide a high level of responsiveness. Our orders first go through a consolidation process at our international shipping centre before being dispatched in bulk. This approach contributes to a more sustainable and efficient shipping process. As a result, delivery may sometimes take a little longer. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery consists of two stages:
Processing time (1–3 working days)
Order confirmation, adjustments, quality control, and packaging.
Shipping time (approximately 5–10 working days)
This is the time from our international shipping centre to the delivery address. Once the parcel has been collected from the warehouse, delivery to the United Kingdom takes approximately 5–10 working days.
All delivery times exclude delays caused by customs or import checks. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer the following shipping rates:
Free shipping within the United Kingdom (standard tracked shipping).
Reshipments, including new sizes as part of the Fit Guarantee, are charged at £6.95.
Please note:
In the event of a lost parcel, we can only offer a free replacement shipment. If you prefer a refund, we must first wait for the courier’s investigation. Once the loss has been confirmed by the courier, we can issue a refund.
Please note:
Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, as the packing and processing of your order begin immediately after the order is received.
