Yes, our period underwear is hygienic. It features a special antibacterial layer that helps eliminate bacteria and neutralise odours, keeping the underwear clean and fresh throughout wear.

How long can I wear the underwear?

Our underwear can be worn for up to 12 hours, depending on the intensity of your flow. For heavier flows, we recommend choosing our 3-drop protection.

Won't it smell?

No, not at all! Thanks to the special antibacterial layer, any unwanted odours are eliminated, keeping our underwear fresh throughout the day.

Doesn't it feel wet?

No, thanks to our special 4-layer technology, all moisture is absorbed, so it doesn’t feel wet against your skin.

Doesn't the underwear feel bulky?

No, most women don’t notice the thickness while wearing it. Only the absorbent area has extra layers, making that part slightly thicker — but not in an uncomfortable or visible way. The rest of the underwear is just as thin as regular underwear. This means you feel protected against leaks without discomfort, and it remains breathable, unlike pads.

How many pairs do I need?

We recommend one pair for daytime wear and one pair for night-time. A minimum of4 pairs is advised, so you always have clean underwear ready for the next day and enough time to wash the pairs you’ve worn.

How do I choose the right size?

To choose the right size, you can use the size chart above. In general, you can stick to your usual size. Most women find that our underwear fits true to size. If a specific style runs smaller, this is clearly indicated on the product page.
